Great knife and great purchase
This is a quality ergonomic knife. My wife suffers from arthritis and needed a paring knife with a comfortable shape and size and this knife is it. The knife is a suitable size for paring and slicing and chopping vegetable and fruits. It is very sharp and seems to hold a good edge, although I have only used it for a few months. I am very pleased with this purchase and will recommend this to anyone.

Excellent addition to my kitchen
Great knife. I bought this after using the chef’s knife from the same brand for about a year, and it performs just as well. It’s sharp, well-balanced, and perfect for small prep work like fruit or garnishes.

A very nice knife
Super sharp and seems to retain its edge, beautiful polished handle with a full tang for a solid feel and good balance. Seems to have a solid warranty and the company makes a full array of knives. Looking forward to adding more to my collection

Premium paring knife.
Huge step up from my grocery-store paring knife I've been using for over 20 years. Way more substantial. Nice and sharp, but not amazingly so. Very pointy tip, so be careful. Everything is more substantial, beautiful and refined. The blade is much thicker which is great on a hunting knife, but I'm not sure that is the case on a paring knife. Foods that cling to the blade seem slightly more difficult to slice through than with my old thin-bladed paring knife. I'm thinking that a high-quality knife with a thinner blade would be preferable, but it is still nice to work with. Other foods slice great. Comes with a nice little sheath to cover the blade when needed.

A really good knife
Insane knife. Its so amazing but also SUPER SHARP. I was taking it out of the package for the first time and was putting on the sheath and I cut myself doing so! I had to get 5 stitches because it cut so deep. The knife itself works phenomenally and its super easy to clean, cuts through the hardest of breads. Not heavy at all... Just be careful (even putting on the sheath)

Outstanding Bread Knife
Excellent bread knife for sourdough or any other bread. After a year’s use, it’s still razor sharp.
