This is a vital part of my life. ALWAYS is the best brand for several reasons. The fit around your legs is very comfortable. Other companies like Depends, cut into legs, and you end up putting soft tissues between your leg and the panty. The other area where these are more comfortable is the padding inside. It hold liquid without and leakage, I found Depends feel like they are falling apart or material inside is disintegrating. Finally, they meet the goal of feeling discreet, no odd lumps. I ALWAYS feel like a lady.

These are amazing after giving birth! Just get them- You will thank yourself later. Super convenient and really make your life easier, it’s one less thing to worry about. They are SO comfortable and stretchy and work exactly how you need them to. I am 5 ft 4 in and weighed about 160 after giving birth. The small fit me very well.

The absorbency is truly impressive. I never experienced any leaks, even overnight or during those unexpected sneezing fits that new moms know all too well (hello, postpartum bladder control issues!). The material felt soft against my sensitive skin, and I appreciated that they didn't have that crinkly, diaper-like sound that some similar products have. They're discreet enough that I felt comfortable wearing them under regular clothing without feeling self-conscious. The odor control technology actually works well too - a crucial feature during the postpartum period when you're dealing with various fluids and don't always have time to change immediately. I never experienced any embarrassing odor issues while wearing these. Now for the reason this isn't a five-star review: the sizing runs significantly smaller than indicated on the package. I ordered based on the size chart and weight range listed, but they fit much tighter than expected. This was particularly uncomfortable during postpartum recovery when you're already dealing with enough discomfort. I would strongly recommend sizing up at least one size from what the package suggests - possibly even two sizes if you're at the higher end of the weight range. The tight fit didn't compromise the protection, thankfully, but it did make them less comfortable than they could have been, especially around the leg openings where they tended to dig in slightly. This is particularly notable for postpartum use when comfort is a major priority. Despite the sizing issue, I would still recommend these underwear to new moms or anyone dealing with incontinence. Just be aware of the sizing discrepancy and order accordingly. They truly were essential for my recovery, providing reliable protection when I needed it most, allowing me to focus on my new baby rather than worrying about leaks or frequent changes.

What a confusing job trying to pick out something so badly needed BUT ... I made the right choice. I'm a 2x, 260, & 5'7", higher waisted, fuller in the belly area, & flatter in the backside. These fit me perfectly, no droop in the back & not tight in the front, just correctly fitted for my shape. I did my research, read the horror stories buyers had posted about poor quality & issues THEY had had with whatever brand they had ordered (mostly the one with a "D", which surprised me). I will be reordering the Always Discreet as necessary because they fit as stated. I thank other buyers for being HONEST in their reviews so I don't end up like a lot of them did, stuck with a bag I can't use but can't return because there's 1 pad missing. I needed these because I get transfusions that take 3 hours. I was going to an appt, & I was very concerned about leakage. Anyone who has had transfusions knows what I mean. You are in a reclined position, receiving fluids into a system that not always wants to retain them. These were great. Not a single drop & they fit nicely. I don't need incontinence underwear that looks pretty with lacy designs. I need some that do the job &, I will stick by what I've said, these work.
