Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), a member of the mint family, is considered a calming herb. It was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion (including gas and bloating, as well as colic).

One good One Bad
Well I ordered 2 plants. Both plants arrived wrapped in newspaper. One plant didn't look too bad the other was on its last leg. I planted both plants and sure enough the one on its last leg did not make it. The other one is hanging in. It is best to buy plants where you can see the first.

Delivered healthy!
Delivered In April in Texas! Came well packed with soil. And still quite moist. Both plants were quite healthy! Thanks!

NOT 3.5 inch pot
these are NOT in a 3.5 in pot, they're not even in a pot at all -- they're just wrapped in plastic wrap that was suffocating the plants. They were pretty much dead upon arrival, and 1" "pot" size at BEST.

Weather too hot
I guess the weather was just to hot to ship. One plant was almost dead, and did die.

Lies!!!
It says this plant has a smell to it. Mine doesn't. It was packaged properly which is good but I strongly believe the plant sent to me was not the lemon balm. Thank you for taking my money

Plants arrived dead.
There was nothing I liked about these plants because they were all dead when I received them. I tried contacting the vendor and Amazon, but received no response. I threw the plants out because they were not salvageable. Needless to say I lost money.
