Pros: New games are beautifulCons: The Laptop came with a dead battery that will not charge, and there's no access to it. Finding a replacement battery for this model, has proven a fruitless effort. Watching movies and playing games is extremely frustrating, the system locks up every 2-5 minutes, while it's trying to locate the battery.This is my first Alienware and I wouldn't buy another one.In fact this has burned me from ever buying a Dell again.(I have almost 30 systems, all Dell (D630's, D531's, D600's), this was my first new one in a while)

I bought this laptop a couple days after Christmas and The price is perfect for what you get with this laptop. I run everything I play ave high to ultra settings without issues. The computer doesn't get hot after hours of playing. The only issue I've encountered is that the Alienware software can be buggy and unresponsive. Overall great laptop.. It is very heavy.... You been warned

I'm not one to preen over electronics of any kind normally, because things happen, and nothing's perfect,but this machine is a beast! So far so good. I've owned this machine since August, and I don't have a singlecomplaint. (Well, it's really heavy, not the sort of laptop you want to carry around with you daily. Get somethingsmaller if that's what you're looking for. But that's not a complaint, just an observation.)
