I really like this tiny amp. It is very basic but has an important feature, a remote control.
I really like this tiny amp. It is very basic but has an important feature, a remote control. This unit only adjusts vol and base/treble. But it can play from my iPhone with the 3.5mm adapter. I just use this as a speaker for my computer and or phone. I had trouble finding the plugs for the stand alone speakers I use to fit the back of the unit. What you need is a banana plug. Here is a good one I used: Sewell Direct SW-29751-6 Silverback Banana Plugs(6 pairs/12 pieces). This amp also works with bluetooth, but I choose to not use it, so this works well for me. I can't talk about longevity as I just got it.

Sounds great.
Sounds clean. This is my second Fosi amp and it works great. I have this connected to two Boston Acoustic studio monitors in my garage and I am quite happy with the performance. I use the Bluetooth capability to stream audio content from my phone.

Solid connectivity, sound quality and the remote is key,
The media could not be loaded. I bought this to pair with my RPi4 Moode audio player, and a pair of sony ss-b1000 bookshelf speakers. The remote was key for me. I have tried all connectivity options, Bluetooth stays connected and sounds great. Honestly, this thing is capable of frying these speakers, especially with the INNOVA DAC HAT. Sound is always subjective, and you always want more EQ, but overall so far I have no complaints, music sounds ALIVE again after years of listening to gen purpose Bluetooth compressed sound speakers (most everything out there these days). The one thing I would suggest to the manufacturer is it would be good if the LED on the unit would confirm when you are making changes with the remote by a blink or something. The bass, treble, volume are all very incremental (which is good) , its just sometimes hard to tell if what you are pushing on the remote is actually registering. Overall very happy with this unit as long as it lasts a long time! I possibly will be hunting for another one soon.

Works well with an older Samsung Plasma TV and Infinity Ctr Speaker
Since I had back surgery after we moved I'm currently not up to re-installing my heavy Denon AVR. Until now an Infinity Primus PC-350 has sat in the cabinet unwired. Then I discovered the Fosi Audio BL20A on Amazon. I decided to try this model because remote control is important to me. Wired it to the Audio Out ports on a Samsung PN58B650 using an RCA to 3.5mm plug cable, and banana plug speaker wires to the terminals for one speaker. Works like a charm, with adequate volume and good tone after adjusting the tone controls. Greater musical depth than from the TV speakers (and they are pretty good). One unexpected plus - concerns the TV more than this unit - is that contrary to the Samsung manual it is possible to have on just TV speakers, just center channel driven by this unit, or both. To my ears they blend rather well. Money well spent until I feel up to reinstalling my AVR. Remote works well.

Amazing little amplifier
This little amp is truly amazing. It sounds great, packs plenty of power, and has a bunch of nice (and usable) features. I paired it with some older Yamaha 3-way speakers (6 inch woofers plus 4 inch mids and small dome tweeters) and the sound is remarkable. The treble/bass controls are very responsive and give a wide range of tone control. The remote is designed to work with the amp seamlessly, much more than some other amps which have more generic remotes. I had one issue (see next paragraph) for which I contacted Fosi tech support, and I found them to be very responsive and committed to providing any and all support I needed. (Vivian in Fosi support was particularly helpful). In all, this amp is a real treasure. The only issue I had was trying to play WAV files from a flash drive via the amp’s U-disk interface. MP3 files play perfectly, but the amp didn’t seem to recognize WAV files. The amp has a size limit of 100mb for U-disk files, but that was not a problem. After working with Fosi tech support and trying several things, it turned out that the amp was not recognizing my WAV files as such. So I used a file conversion utility to convert my WAV files to WAV format (I know that might sound crazy but it was worth trying). The new resulting WAV files were about 25-30 percent smaller than the original WAV files, and more importantly, the Fosi amp recognized them as WAV format and plays them perfectly. I include this in the review in case someone has the same issue. This was not a deal breaker, in any event. In summary, I am 100% satisfied with this amp, and can recommend it.

Multi talented audio in a small package, big value
Alrighty. I was looking for a replacement for my ancient cd player/boombox that lived in a tough environment: my garage. I like some tunes while washing and waxing. This piece of gear has what I need. A closed cabinet: no worries about dusty garages.... super Bluetooth connectivity and I can even connect my iPhone's lightning port to an Aux 3.5mm in with the right cable "iSkey [Apple MFi Certified] Aux Cord for iPhone, 3.5mm Aux Cable for Car Compatible with iPhone 14 13 12 11 XS XR X 8 7 6 iPad iPod for Car Home Stereo, Speaker, Headphone, Support All iOS Version". The Bluetooth is great, and, I can also simply use the above cord to connect my iPhone to the Fosi by cable. YRMV re the cable with a different phone platform. Now I load my lossless files on the phone, connect to the Fosi, adjust volume, bass & treble and let the music roll. The Fosi has less volume sensitivity or gain using the Aux input vs Bluetooth. Adjust the volume on your phone and the Fios up for the Aux, less volume is required for the Bluetooth. The device has a small footprint....I used some spare pegboard and made a platform for the unit to sit on and have it mounted right on the wall with the rest of the tools. It's wall wart hangs easily underneath with the miracle of zip ties. It has plenty of power for my small 8 ohm speakers. Even has a remote. This could be the heart of a great desktop setup as well. Stream internet radio on your phone and feed it to the Fosi. Its got it all. Enjoy.
