Product look good but it's not working damaged

Review after 5 daysInitially when we ordered this swing we got the defective swing in which automatic swing was not working but we thought to give it a chance n initiated for replacementPost replacement we got the swing which is working absolutely fine design is pretty good n sturdy music is quite soft perfect for my baby short nap can be used as a baby seat as wellPS long naps are not recommended bcz baby posture is not straight in this swing

It's a used product..

I’ve tried a few rockers/swings and this specific products is far superior. First off, it runs on either batteries or plugs up which is GREAT. It can be used anywhere, and folds up nicely. The music that it plays is very pleasant, not annoying. The tones are mellow and relaxing, not cheesy like a bad children’s singalong soundtrack. The swinging motion comes in 5 options which is nice for a finicky baby. It’s silent, unlike the Rock n’ Play which makes a loud mechanical noise. And a nice bonus is the beautiful neutral color (grey or “Braden”). It’s a little pricey for what it is, but that’s how all baby products are.

Works amazing & fabric can be taken off to wash, definitely suggest you buy it. Vibration and swing in one machine are wonderful!
