Great product that is pretty high quality especially considering the price. Have loved to add these to My routine. I keep some of them in my car, desk at work, and night stand so any down time I have I can train my forearms. I still use my heavy grips (150/200/250) for my more serious training but these are great for a beginner or getting those in between reps in. I also like how there is training in here for both closing and opening the hand as well as individual finger movements so you can target your hands wrists and grip from different angels. The only reason I didn’t give a five star review was because the finger trainer came what appeared to be broken. It wasn’t so if yours comes that way don’t return it! But it was half assembled and half in pieces in the bag that I had to put together. Outside of that I have no complaints!

I got this for my mother in law who has various ailments related to joins and arthritis. I also tried it out as well after giving it to her and showing her how to use it. Good quality and does the trick in terms of strengthening fingers and hands. I feel like if I use this daily I could become a mountain climber. The 2 main ones are adjustable. So I made it less resistant for my mother-in-law's dainty hands. I will check up on her in a month and I told her that she better be able to open the pickles jar! Only bad thing is I wish it had directions because I have no clue how to use the circle thing, lol. Nothing else really negative about this, it's what you expect - good build and works like you think they should. I would recommend for anyone looking to exercise their wrists, hands, grips, and fingers.

This kit seems to be helping me a lot with arthritis pain and weak wrists/grip. The only complaint I have is that one of them is not good quality. The gripper that has the individual finger pushing buttons is VERY cheaply made (also the bag it comes in is thin and ugly)... BUT I didn't really care about that one, and don't use it. I mainly use the elastic bands, the weighted grip, and the 'O' shaped ring. They are are made pretty well and work for me.

that's right, i'm working out my digits all. day. long — on the couch, on the bus, at work, in bed reading — anywhere, anytime. and guess what? my hands have never been so strong. serious, after only a month, i can open any jar. i can climb v3 bouldering rock walls now. those mad small holds? gripped tight! and those kinda wide ones? palmed! ain't never felt more capable. definitely never needed a man for anything other than to open things or tighten things before i got this. now i just laugh at them. i can open anything. i can tighten ANYTHING

I am very satisfied with this purchase. It came exactly as shown and WORKS! No problems.. I bought the stregthners because I developed carpel tinnel Syndrome in my wrist leading to surgery. My Physical therapist reccommended that I work on strengthening surgery and pain had caused my grip to weaken now using these I have noticed my grip getting stronger without the pain. I would recommend this product. Thanks Guys.

Purchased this set for my father who has some weakness after a stroke. Great toolsthat allow for varying hand/finger exercises to improve overall hand strength and finger mobility. Finger isolators with different degrees of tension and a dual hand and finger strengthener work well also. I do like that the grip strengthener can be adjusted to increase or decrease the tension.

I have used all of the equipment and feel they are a good value for the money. I especially like the large hand grip, it has an adjustable kg dial so you can work from easy to harder. I keep them at my desk at work and throughout the day I do reps. The finger grip has helped my dexterity especially on my pinky and ring fingers. I would recommend this product.

Came with all of the attachments in the picture and you can’t complain for the price. The hand gripper is adjustable which is neat. It’s a light plastic which feels cheap but it gets the job done. The O ring is pretty dense and is best for stronger grip strength. The finger strength ones are great are tougher with each color.
