Good as anthony's
I wish I would have saved some of my Anthony's to do a proper side by side, but functionally this product is odorless, flavorless and very finely ground. If you're new to oat fiber it's not a direct replacement for flour and can start to get dry/gritty if you use too much, but if you add a cup or so to your recipes it's a great way to bulk your baked goods up without adding calories. Someone in the reviews complained about the carbs- fiber is considered a carb but this is theoretically indigestible so it doesn't actually "count" aka passes right through. Nutrition labels aren't very strictly regulated so fiber can be counted as either 4 or 0 calories even though it ranges from 2 to 0 calories depending on if it's soluble or not. So the exact same product could have different calories on different labels.

Very good product
This is my second bag of oat fiber from Healthy FuFu, and I'm sure it will not disappoint. I use it keto biscuits and cookies. The quality is very good, with a wonderful oat-fibery smell, fresh taste, and very fine texture. It makes delicious baked goods. I even use a little in my vegetable fritata to give it more body. Lovely product, thank you!

Higher in net carbs than others
This oat fiber is higher in net carbs than the other I used. Yes, it was right on the label for me to see, but I didnt do the math before ordering.. There is 1 (one) net carb for each teaspoon (tsp) Hence 3g for one tablespoon. If you are making something that calls for a quarter of a cup of oat fiber, you are adding 12 (twelve) net grams of carbs. That's way too many IMO. But, again, my fault for not noticing. It's tan in color. No problem. And very finely ground, which I do like. Also, no bad smell at all. That said, if I hadnt already opened it, I'd want to send it back solely because of the higher carb count.

Great fiber for making low Carb Breads
I made a flour blend using the oat fiber, almond flour, coconut flour and some other ingredient to make my flour blend. I use it in cakes and breads. As a matter of fact I use some vital wheat gluten to make yeast buns as you can see on the 1st 2 pictures. I have so much oat fiber, this will last for at least 8 month if not more, My breads and cakes taste like the real thing, No I have not made just oat fiber bread or desserts but adding the other type of low carb flours that are not rice, tapioca, or any starching ingredients makes bread and cakes take like the real thing, My breads have a lot of protein and they rise with the help of vinegar, and if I use wheat gluten I use yeast with it and make more than enough buns to make my variety of buns for faux danishes and sandwich buns, This product is worth every penny.

I think the bully on the beach kicked sand in my mouth.
I compared this product with LifeSource oat fiber 500 (netrition.com) and was really surprised at the dramatic difference. This product is the color of sand, tastes kind of dirty, and felt like sand in my mouth when I ate what I baked with it. I threw the bag in the trash along with the bread. Rebaked the bread with LifeSource and ate the whole loaf in two days. This stuff is cheap and is still money thrown away. Might be usable as cat litter.

Not very good
Unfortunately this is one of the worst oar fibers I've ever used. The texture is very gritty and leaves a bad feeling in your mouth. Really dissapointed. Thankfully amazon refunded my money.

Fresh oat fibre!
This arrived quickly. It was FRESH!!. I use this oat fibre to help make THE best Keto yeast dough for cinnamon rolls and caraway bread!! My only recommendation would be to put it in a ZIPLOC type bag as extra protection from moisture ,when shipping. I will be buying this again !
