Love the grips and they're nice and tight. They're balanced well and have performed well so far. Sunex is a quality product.

Most long reach sets are 11 inch, these are 16 inch with a good variety of tips. Cr-V steel, resistant to rust and wear. Also used in aerospace applications. I found no end play at any of the pivot joints. Handles are very ergonomic compared to others. Also has rubber built in to handle grips. Even contact where it matters most. Almost all brands show slight gap of jaws back towards pivot. Serrated ridges on both jaws.Quality roll pouch too! Taking them to work tomorrow. I've been familiar with Sunex for many years. The last 15 years or so I've owned and managed service departments for several brands of cars and owned my own high end restoration shop. I've been buying Sunex tools for years and most people regard their impact sockets as the best there are. The quality of these pliers is what I expected, as they are robustly made and will certainly hold up in everyday commercial use. The handles are comfortably molded and have a flared end to keep your hands from sliding forward while pushing. These are the quality you get from a tool truck more so than a home center and you can register online for your lifetime replacement warranty. The high quality roll case is a nice bonus.They are straight, 20 degree, 45 degree and 90 degree ends so you can reach those difficult spots and strong enough to get the job done. Ten minutes after I unpacked them, I was able to get a rusty spring-style hose clamp off a 48 year old car, down behind the water pump where I was unable to deal with it before now. Squeeze these with both hands and you don't have to worry about breaking them. Whether a homeowner, hobbyist or a professional mechanic- these will get the job done and last a lifetime.

I have been needing a pair of long reach needle nose pliers for some time. A few weeks ago, I was doing some electrical work and spent 30 minutes on a simple task that would have taken perhaps 30 seconds if I had had the proper tool (a pair of long reach needle nose pliers!). After that, I vowed to spend a little cash and get the right tool the next time I had such a job.Then, along came this set. These are heavy-duty, professional grade tools, make no mistake about it. The grips are comfortable. The jaws are nicely finished, not rough or uneven. The grooves are well formed. The tips are straight and touch will little or no gap. The pivots are tight, but not so stiff that they are hard to open and close. I am convinced these will last me a lifetime, as they are of a quality not often seen at this price.Curiously, I can't find any markings indicating where they are made. Perhaps I overlooked it, but I admittedly didn't go over them with a magnifying glass.

These are heavy duty and solidly built. My husband will be using these for wiring the boat trailers he manufacturers. They seem perfect for pulling fiddly things through small, long channels.The pliers are well aligned and open and close smoothly. They're nice and heavy and feel well weighted in the hand. The labelled organizer bag is great, especially for those who are meticulous about having a specific place for every single tool so that you know exactly where it should be when you need it. The bag is solidly stitched and made from durable materials and complete with grommets for hanging if you're not keeping it rolled.The handles feel like they have a rubberized finished, but they could be plastic. They feel durable and fit ergonomically in the hand to maximize grip and function.My husband's very happy with these pliers. They're a great addition to the shop.
