Love this pressure cooker. It was a little hard to learn but is so good to use. Can cook even frozen meats in it. I have 2 now and use them both at the same time to make the complete meal. Done in no time!!!!

The Muller Multi-Cooker is quickly becoming my go-to appliance in the kitchen. I have used stovetop pressure cookers my entire life, my mother & her mother before her, (as well as every other home in our extended family), used them as well. This now having this in a portable model with the power unit built-in is a home cooks dream come true. I have not yet been able to use this as a slow cooker, (the handle to the lid was broken when it came in, but I am working on getting a replacement sent out.), but I am sure it will work equally as well as the pressure cooker does. Great product at a reasonable price, easy to assemble, super easy to use and clean up. The flavors are sealed in along with the nutrients of the food. I highly recommend the Muller 10-in-1 Pot Pro Series 19 Program 6Q with German ThermaV Technology. I like mine so well I purchased a second unit and had it delivered to my niece out in UT.

This was a great pressure cooker and has worked great the times we've used it. We use it on average about once a week and it has saved us so much time using it and was very easy to use.Last week when we tried using it, it was showing an error code E4. We looked online but the possible causes listed didn't seem to be applicable. We left it for a couple of days and it worked and tried it again afterwards but it wouldn't work. We've emailed the company direct but have received no response from them which makes us feel nervous that they're not willing to resolve the issue.As anyone can see from the photos, it's in pristine condition so would advise anyone looking for the same to buy with caution in case the same issue happens to them.*UPDATE*Received a reply from customer service apologizing for their late response but with instructions how to try a reset. We were advised to press the cancel button then unplug for 20 mins. This seemed to work and will update here if further problems occur. I've raised the rating to 4 stars and not 5 as I really wasn't expecting an issue like this so soon but extremely happy it's hopefully resolved.

I purchased this pressure cooker to replace a very similar type of cooker that I loved and used for years. I could still continue to use it, but the handle has broken on one end, so you would have to be very careful when carrying and opening the top when hot after cooking. I decided to go ahead and buy a new pressure cooker. I didn't find the same brand anywhere online so I purchased this one through Amazon. The 4 star rating on Easy to Use really didn't have much to do with the cooker as it did with me. This cooker was just enough different in how to program, stop, and timing functions that I really had to read the directions step by step to get it to function properly. Once I stopped being an old ditz, I was impressed with how fast and great this cooker is! Mueller is a quality product and company.A word about the company that sold this product through Amazon. They are fantastic, because I don't think that I have ever had an order filled and shipped so quickly and in fantastic condition. I recommend this product and company handling the order to everyone looking for a healthier and rapid way to cook dinner, desserts, etc. In this one size does fit all! Thank you.P.S. You can also use your old slow cooker recipes.

I already have two of these I use all of the time. I purchased this third one as a backup, when I was searching for a way to contact Mueller and saw they had a $20.00 discount coupon. I have used three other brands of instant cookers and this is by far the best. My oldest one is a little over 2 years old and still going strong. I purchased the second one a couple of months later. I cook a lot of things I serve with rice, so, with the second cooker, I can set it up to cook the rice and have them done at the same time.The Mueller has enough presets you really don't need to worry about manual settings. One of the presets should work for just about anything. If you do want to use manual, all you need to do is select a preset, then select manual to adjust the time or power level.One thing to note is the Mueller tends to cook a bit hotter than the other cookers I've used. This isn't a problem when cooking an entree that requires a large amount of liquid. When I cook rice, grains, or anything else that tends to absorb a lot of water, I just add a little more water than I normally would, to keep it from cooking too dry.Besides being a great cooker, Mueller has top of the line customer service. I had loaned one of my cookers and it was returned without the power cord. When I told the person I had loaned it to, they looked for it and couldn't find it. I used the contact form on the Mueller website, explained what happened, and asked if I could purchase another power cord. Not only did I get a response within an hour, but they replaced my power cord at no charge and shipped it the following day.

Perfect design and work well, Very safe to use and simple on program for operate this presser cook. Thanks this one of the best in market . I did recommencement to all my friend who need must buy and try this product . Thanks Mueller.

Worthless piece of you know what.Tried to get my money back but not a word from the company.Shame on the company and shame on Amazon to do business with a company like that.In its original box collecting dust.If I could it would be less than 1 star.
