Do not buy if you’re after cream! Completely different to the photos, very disappointed with the colour.However, it is very soft and good size for a cat/small dog, seems very cosy so will be reordering in grey.

Didn’t take long for 10 week old Bengal to settle in it. Very soft and sits well. Did not stay flat. Just fluff it a little.

Unfortunately I already have comfort cushions for my pet so I had to return it. My refund was immediate but the return was not rearranged

Very disappointed with this dog bed. It looks so cosy but the roof doesn't stay up and it collapses onto the dog. We put our dog in it a couple of times but you could see he was uncomfortable with the roof being right on top of him. We have a Shih Tzu so it wasn't as though he was too big for the bed. We are going to wash it and give it to the local animal sanctuary to see if they can use it.

This is the second of these beds I've ordered. The first was amazing, out of the packet, instantly popped up and loved by our small dog. Thus ordered a second (5 months later). This one came so incredibly vac packed that it simply will not puff up. It's flat as a pancake more 'envelope' than 'tent'. The stitching on the bottom right is also appalling. Such a stark contrast to the first one I ordered (which was 'flat packed' for posting, just not vac packed to the point of spoiling what would otherwise be a cosy little hideaway). It is thus not a tent, isn't made so well and returned. Different batch or changes in manufacture since first order I don't know but wouldn't re-purchase or recommend based on this arrival.

I bought this for my cat but my Jack Russell is in it more than my cat. He fits in nicely and loves that he can snuggle in.

Bought this to help keep a litter of puppies warm. They loved it. Very easy to keep clean and great value.
