Having good healthy salt for my diet is important to me. I had never tried Redmans salt before this purchase, but as it is recommended by so many as being the best salt for its nutritional values in minerals, I decided to give it a try. Once I received the salt, I found it was a little grainy and inconsistent in the grain size, but this was not a problem as the salt grinder would break down the bigger grains to a more consistent size for sprinkling on food. I was also surprised at how good the salt tasted, and of the many salts I have tried, this is the best tasting. Given that this salt has the best nutritional profile and it tastes so good, I will continue to buy more as I need it.

I have to say this is very tasty salt, it’s unrefined and full of natural trace minerals and you can definitely taste the difference, I’ve tried lots of other natural salts but this one is the best, I’m very pleased with this purchase

Good salt but dear and took along time to arrive

I have always used this salt ever since I read The Salt Fix on Kindle. It is the best salt out there.

This is far superior in flavour than other sea salts I usually use. It’s not a sea salt I know but it’s full of minerals. I only need to use about half the usual amount in my cooking. It’s expensive, but I will continue to use it.
