Works great for my shoes
Worked perfectly with my shoes, super comfortable. Easy to clip in and out but secure while in the saddle. And the price is reasonable.

good alternative
The split design was caught my attention. It makes me easy to change cleats without resetting position. I bought them for indoor training purposes. Easy in and out while cycling.

Good for a new Cyclist
I'm not a professional cyclist but I got a nice road bike that came with pedals that worked with this style of cleat. I had shoes but didn't have the cleats to work with the pedals. I ordered these cleats and installed them on the shoes. They have worked great. Maybe I am not an experienced rider, and have not tried any other clip style pedals, but these cleats are worth a try.

Makes cycling easier
These cleats work very well. They were easy to install on my road shoes and clip in to the pedals fairly easy. You do have to adjust them and you are able to simply by loosening the screws and moving either horizontally or vertically. Very nice.

These are the cleats you get.
I figured I'd try these and I've liked them after about 200 miles. Warm tips: if you don't have much experience setting up shoes you should take these to a bike fitter.

Good buy
Cleat mounts with included screws and washers. Must be torqued adequately to keep from moving during release. This is what I want.
