This fabulous chair arrived ahead of schedule during these days of Covid -19 lockdown. (DPD) Box was a bit flimsy but the contents were safe inside. Easy to assemble and find all the parts. Screws and all the small stuff came in a blister pack which I thought was excellent compared to the usual plastic bag. I am using it as a PC chair and its brilliant, so comfy. Positioning the chair and backrest give the best sitting support angle. When I need a rest, the recliner and footrest are magic and is more like a bed. Top marks for this chair and recommend it.

I'd had my previous office chair for far too long and spent a while looking for something supportive and at a decent price. This chair is comfortable with plenty of adjustment. The leg rest is a nice touch but rarely used to be honest.Assembled quickly, the rollers move freely and all round a good office chair

I’m just not sure about this chair. It was expensive but I have doubts about it. It has been assembled properly but seems to sit to the left a bit which negatively impacts on support. The arms are fitted tightly but feel loose. But, the seat is really comfortable and the foot rest option is great

This is a very comfortable chair for all-day use. It's easy to assemble (my DIY skills are poor at best), took about 15 minutes, and tools and clear instructions are provided. The seat shipped from Germany but only took a few days to arrive - even with the COVID-19 lockdown. The package had been opened and re-taped but but there was no damage to the chair, not least because it was very well packaged inside. The only downside I've found so far are the armrest fixings: because the chair reclines, the fixing screws work loose and need tightening every now and then. So the tip here is to keep the Allen key provided.The seller is very responsive to queries and all in all, I'm pleased with everything.

Received the chair in early April to replace my old chair that was becoming uncomfortable.After regular daily use through to July the metal bracket with which the arm screws to snapped off.The 'extra thick' padding was no longer comfortable... my old chair wasn't looking so bad!After weeks of wrangling and toing and froing with the seller and Amazon received a replacement.The replacement wasn't brand new. It was a reject.The padding of the armrest wasn't attached and was coming away.Luckily still having the previous faulty chair I was able to use the arm rest from that to attach to the 'new' chairAfter just a week the 'extra thick' padding is no longer comfortable.Contacted the seller regarding the 'new' faulty chair and they just congratulated me on fixing the chair.my advice ... BUY A DIFFERENT CHAIR

This chair is great - very easy to put together the for rest and recline are amazing - perfect for afternoon power nap when working at home ! Thank you

Easy to assemble, comfortable but still use an additional pillow. Footrest is unnecessary for office use but good sturdy chair

He montado otras muchas sillas y esta es muy fácil de montar. Me ha sorprendido muy gratamente.La silla es cómoda, tiene algunos detalles metálicos, que la hacen más elegante y el material es, a pesar de ser símil cuero, agradable.Es reclinable en un ángulo muy amplio y tiene una banquetita pequeña extraíble en la parte frontal, para reposar los pies.Muy satisfecho por ahora.

Pacco un po’ ingombrante ma tutto dovuto alla sua grandezza. Si presenta come nelle foto del prodotto, semplice da montare, basta seguire il foglio delle istruzioni. È più grande rispetto alle classiche poltrone girevoli da ufficio, inoltre è dotata di una comodissima poggiapiedi. Mi ha permesso di alzarmi, anche dopo ore ed ore a starci seduto, senza dolori alla schiena. Inizialmente ero indeciso per il prezzo, non costa poco, ma ne è valsa la pena.

Disastro totale. dopo due ore su cui appogiavo le gambe, i ganci posti sotto la sedia che permettono lo slittamento in fuori del poggiapiedi, essendo in plastica, si sono spezzati e ho dovuto levare il poggiagambe imbottito. Poi, a distanza di qualche giorno, la meccanica che permettel'inclinazione dello schienale, ha iniziato a scricchiolare ogni volta che mi appoggiavo, e sempre di piu' fino quasi a dare l'impressione di cedere di tenuta, e infatti ora, lo schienale appena mi appoggio, oltre che fare un rumore ferroso, cede di 3 centimetri ogni volta. Di questo passo ne prevedo la rottura di qualche parte. Assolutamente da Zero Stelle, questi non sono due difetti casuali, ma difetti di progettazione al risparmio. Non si possono mettere i ganci che devono sorreggere le gambe, totalmente in plastica, lo trovo assurdo e vergognoso. Questa poltrona in finta pelle,costa 139 Euro, ok , una seria da ufficio ne costa 400, ma se me la vendi, e prendi i miei soldi, pretendo che funzioni. Ripeto, non e' un problema casuale, ma un difetto voluto di progettazione al risparmio. Assolutamente la sconsiglio, non fatevi ingannare per il prezzo e sciegliete altro. ! Stella regalata perche' non posso darne meno.
