Comparable to Big Brands
I own a few backpacks from brands like North Face and Eddie Bauer, and I've been curious as to how a non-brand name backpack would stand up. After two weeks of using this product, I can honestly say that this backpack from SoarOwl is quite comparable and is a great option for the budget conscious. In terms of build quality, I found there to be little differences between my brand name backpacks and this one. The materials felt similar, and I definitely don't feel like they skimped out on the material quality. I've taken the backpack on one hike already, and it has held up perfectly (as it should've). I'll say that the main difference between this backpack and brand names is the look - I personally like the look of my North Face backpack more, but that is subjective.Of course, build quality means nothing without good functionality. After my experience with this backpack, I personally believe that SoarOwl made little compromises. There are ample pockets and ample space for whatever you might bring on a hike - water bottle holder, little pockets within the central pocket, even a laptop holder. You could easily use this backpack for school or daily use, so long as you don't mind the outdoorsy look. I have had no problem fitting all my items inside the backpack, and the zippers have also preformed flawlessly - I really have nothing to complain about. All in all, this is a great backpack for the price. If visuals aren't your priority and you are more concerned with functionality, I would highly recommend it.

bang for your buck + dimensions
I was skeptical when I purchased this pack that it could be decent, yet so inexpensive. But it looks great! Haven't hiked with it, so this is based on impressions right out of the box, but seems to be made out of good materials, with good zippers, and wide padded straps. Maybe more like 40L (the dimensions are 21"x14"x6"), but that suits me better. No waist belt or sternum straps, but that's obvious from the photos (and I rarely use those features anyway). Worth it!

Great for the price.
Doing a trip to the Big Island. Needed a larger but light bag. This bag is great for the price. Material looks sturdy looks great. It has a semi rigid backing (light cardboard like) which makes it stand up better. Not a lot of compartments but allows for more storage. There is one pocket I will use for my iPad Pro with a sleeve. Rain cover is stored on a zipper slot at the bottom of the bag which also cushions the bottom. I will see how it will hold up after a week of outdoor activities.

Comfy and durable
I got this for college. I walk like 3-4 miles a day with a bunch of heavy books and this backpack is great. It’s super comfy and has a ton of space and pockets. It can hold everything I need and so far has been very durable.

Quality, storage
I like the capacity, the various pockets for sundry items, the side pockets for hydration bottles or other useful items. I love the fact that there is a backpack cover stored at the base of the pack. The look and sinch straps. What I miss is the sternum strap and not having an internal frame. However, for the price it proving to be a great pack!

Great day pack
Great bag. This is almost identical to the North face day pack (over $100). Great pouch in the front for storing odd shaped things or things you need to grab in a hurry. Fits a backpack easily and has a laptop pouch. The zippers have cool little handle things. The material is durable. Lots of places to hang carabiniers. Fits a lot and tons of pockets. Really well made- I love this bag. Haven't found any flaws.

Solid Product and Lightweight - Would recommend.
Brought with me everywhere on a 7 day European cruise. Went on excursions, walking about, and had a place for all the essentials and much more! Durable and quality - even better than some at twice the cost!

Hard to beat for the money
Bought this as my carry-on for a trip to the Dominican Republic. Couldn't be happier with how well it held up, and how much space there was. It is mainly just a one compartment bag, with a couple of pockets, but it was exactly what I needed. Survived carry-on travel, a week of my daily carry while in the DR, and then even family vacation a week later. Could not recommend this more!
