Use it for police work, never had an issue, almost every part is replaceable. Sound quality is great, good quality rubber/plastic, what more could you ask for? Way better than more expensive brands for the buck.

I love the brand and I do not get the ear fatigue you get with other manufacturers. I found that wearing the earpiece all day during shift aches at 1st but it get better and I don't have issues 12 years wearing them.

Sound quality is great. I swear I have to buy one of these every few years or so. They are great quality but no indestructible.

Sounds is loud and clear, pretty comfortable but after a few hours gets a little uncomfortable. Overall a good earpiece.

Very nice build quality. There's not much to these things but they are well thought out. I've had other makes of this type of earbud but the way these are our together keeps them out of your way.Sound quality is top.notch, I use these on a Kenwood radio they are comfortable and stay put well. Only time will tell if the durability is up to snuff.Biggest downside is the price. These are nice, but I'm not yet convinced that they are worth the premium cost associated, again time will tell the more I put this through its paces in real-world situations.

Not a lot of guidance for someone who was a first time user. Should have small medium and large , but works great

I bought the wrong size and I had to return them. If they are anything like the 3.5 models the they work great.

Works perfect. Nice to be able to listen to radio traffic discretely and still hear out of both ears.
