I really like the look and feel of the keyboard case and it seems to work great. So far I do not see any problem with keys coming off like others reported. I only gave it a 4 because the instructions from the seller for connecting were wrong for the Samsung Note 10.1 GT-N8013 tablet I have. It took me days of troubleshooting to get it connected with Bluetooth.Initially this keyboard would not connect no matter how many times I tried the instructions, from the seller, which were wrong. I was repeatedly trying to replicate their steps - frustrating.Turns out the problem was that I had a Belkin keyboard "paired" connection already from the older keyboard I used to use. The only reason I don't use it still is that there was no case for my tablet and keyboard together that worked, so I bought this one.In desperation today, I tested my older Belkin keyboard, and it still connects fine. So I wondered if there might be a problem with the tablet not differentiating between the old keyboard and the new correctly. I turned that old keyboard off, turned on the new one, did a scan, and it immediately connected. Finally connected and now shows up as a different paired device. I tested turning the tablet and keyboard off, then on again, and I did not lose the connection - seems to work great now.

I just bought my first tablet (2012 Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1) and going off reviews and what I wanted in a case, this product was the one I ended up purchasing and I couldn't be happier. The case isn't cumbersome, but it's thick enough that I'm very confident my tablet would survive unscathed if I dropped it. The keyboard works wonderfully for me, it's very comfortable and easy to remove when I'm not doing work. I have a very slow computer at my workplace and I much prefer answering email on my tablet using the keyboard than I do on my dinosaur work computer. The tablet also fits snugly in the case and while I might have to adjust it slightly to take a picture (if you want to take a ton of pictures with your tablet, probably steer clear of this case), I primarily bought this case for protection purposes and my tablet for work, so the less-than-stellar picture taking capability of the case doesn't bother me. Overall, a very professional-looking, sturdy, and reasonably-priced case that I would, and have, highly recommend.

This case was quite the suprise. Everything was just as I expected, except the keyboard was a lot better than I thought. First of all it sounds very appealing to my ears ha ha! It also is very accurate and comfy to type on. The only problem is it is a little bit buggy at times if you type in an awkward position it may create some double letters by accident, but not too often. Also the backspace is a tad bit tiny but I still manage to hit it everytime, and I have quite large hands. I reccomend this product because now I am using my Tab a lot more than my 2013 retina mbp. The stand is just wonderful as I can enjoy watching netflix sitting/laying down without it touching my skin. Clash of clans is also a delight to play on this amazing case. This item worked exactly as I expected it to. My tablet fits fantastically in the case and the keyboard works very well. The most convenient features are the magnet that holds the keyboard onto the tablet itself is very strong and doesn't move the keyboard around easily. Also the the velcro used to hold the screen up is really cool because I can hold it up at any angle as long as the velcro can attach to the fabric. Every once in a while the keyboard may disconnect but it quickly connects right back, but that isn't a huge deal to me because it's more than likely caused by the internet connections I'm using. All in all this product was a solid investment, and I hope to use it for a long time.

This keyboard is nice and easy to use. I really like it. The only issue I have is that to charge it - via USB - I have to plug into my laptop (i dont have a desktop) and the cord is so short it is in my way when I am working. Also the electrical outlet to plug in my tablet is not near my desk where my lap top is so I have to take the keyboard to one spot and the tablet to another spot and it is really unwieldy and inconvenient

I love how professional this looks and have been getting compliments on it. I was going to get a laptop but this is a cheaper option and works just like a netbook. The keyboard is a little small but I haven't had any problems with connection or anything yet. I also love how the camera is available for taking pics at any time which is not the case with my last couple of covers; I always had to remove the tablet to scan/take pictures which was annoying. So glad I found this especially since there aren't many that are compatible with the old 2012 samsung note 10.1.

I have pretty much loved this case. Durable, looks nice, not too bulky. I love that the keyboard is removable and the keys work pretty well with only the very occasional problem of delay or over sensitivity. My only negative comment is that the second time I opened it to use it, the ENTER key broke right off, and won't snap back on. Other than that it's a great little case for the money!

It works great and connected right away. Charging doesn't take awhile.The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because one of the buttons that are supposed to lead you to the camera does not. Instead, it works as a volume up button. So the keyboard comes with two volume up buttons.I also like how there's a back button, home button, and other useful buttons :)
