Like everything else, you get what you pay for! This product looks good, feels good and I like that it’s got the built in magnet mount for the Apple Watch and a single charging wire so it doesn’t leave things looking cluttered.I only have a couple negatives:1: I’ve got a nice metal band on my Apple Watch, so when the watch is on the stand charging by itself, it tips the whole stand over, so that’s a bit annoying but I put my minimalist wallet on the back of the stand which helped to counterbalance the weight of the watch and band.2: this is the one that bothers me. Even when I first put the watch on the charger, every 5-10 minutes my watch will chime as if it just got put on the charger... I keep this on my nightstand next to my bed, so it’s frustrating to hear this. Not sure if I just got a defective unit or if this is normal for it. And no, it’s not due to the watch band, it has full contact and isn’t lifting/sliding or anything like that, the magnet holds great.For $40ish bucks VS 100+ for similar styles and features from more common/reputable brands, I certainly can’t hate on this product for a couple flaws, especially since one may just be due to a potentially faulty unit.

I do like the concept of the device and the simplicity of being able to wirelessly charge my phone and watch. I do worry how hot the batteries of both my phone and watch get when charging them. I fear this may be damaging the batteries? I also wonder why my watch keeps "dinging" when it is charging. Is it trying to tell me to get it off of the charger before damage occurs or is this normal?

I knew this thing was too good to be true! I set it up. It was very easy. It looks great on my night stand. Put my phone on the magnetic charger and it charges flawlessly. I put my Apple Watch 3 on the magnetic charger and I thought it was charging, but it never did. I had a dead watch by this AM. This will not charge an Apple Watch 3. Whats the sense of having it if it won't charge both? That was the point of purchasing it. It's just another cheap product from China. I am very unhappy.

I own lots of Anker products. I trust them and have always had good experiences with their products. Unfortunately that experience was not what I had after purchasing two of these wireless chargers. I am pretty good about reading the documentation and noticed that this particular unit requires that you use the power brick that comes with it to ensure best results. I did in all cases and followed all the manufacturers suggestions. My results? Unit #1 was dead on arrival it would charge neither my phone nor my watch. Unit #2 charged my phone, very slowly, and would not only not charge my watch but actually drained the battery. Pretty disappointed with these results and perhaps more disappointed that, in my mind, Anker is no longer synonymous with a quality product.

UPDATED REVIEW: SO IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE BEEPING NOISE I'VE FIGURED OUT THE CHARGER WAS NEXT TO MY LAMP WITH A METAL BASE. I MOVED THE LAMP AWAY FROM THE CHARGER AND THE BEEPING HAS CEASED. So if there are metal objects around the charger try putting a little distance between them.The charger itself is pretty convenient it charges my iPhone fairly quickly. There are some issues with the Apple watch charger though, it takes way longer to charge the watch than the factory watch charger, so it really only seems convenient for overnight charging. Also there is that incessant beeping as the watch is charging.

Overall the product is smooth to the touch and the matte finish to the product is a nice touch. It charges both my iPhone and Apple Watch simultaneously, but I noticed that when my Apple Watch reaches about 90% charge it starts glitching out and cycles through over and over and then it gets SUPER hot. So is it a deal breaker? No not really because I just pull it out when it starts going through that, but it would be nice that the vendor would mention we may go through that, it would be a shame if you ruin your watch over time simply by charging with this product. No issues with charging my phone though, so there’s that for you. Overal product is cool looking, it works to a degree, buyer beware with the Apple Watch charging feature though.

So I got this for my wife that has both iPhone and Apple Watch she has never used the wireless charging for these products and figured she would like it. Well I was right she loves it so much that we went out of town for a couple days and low and behold on the night stand in our hotel there it sits. Ok onto the tech parts of this the watch charging has a magnet to hold the watch in place same as the factory charger, it holds the watch firm no falling off. The phone charger keeps the phone in place and the charging seems to be faster than the factory Apple chargers. All in all I’m happy with the purchase and my wife loves it.

I returned this product, the watch would charge a little and then stop charging and then start and stop over in again. This means it would light up and beep or vibrate in the middle of the night.
