This product worked exactly as planned. I used it as a replacement for Flour. To make gluten free cookies and they taste amazing. Best part is buying in bulk you save a bit of money. I will be ordering this again.

A very fine baking asset.
If you dont mind a brown gravy, this finely powdered oat flour is just perfect if you keep adding stock or water a few times until you get the right consistency.
