I had P0013 and P0014 diagnostic codes, which identified the cam position sensor (exhaust), so I purchased these sensors. Although, I didn’t need to replace the intake sensor, I replaced it also since I was in there. I cleared the pending codes with my diagnostic code reader, however they show up in permanent code history. The app notes permanent codes remain and clear by themselves. However, the check engine light is off now and there are no pending codes. I just installed last night and took it for a ride, seems to be ok. When I started it this morning it was running a little rough, but subsided after a minute or so. I will continue to monitor and update my review if anything changes. In any case, so far so good. Update 7/13/20: Still running great and no codes.

Correct part which solved the problem. Make sure to take note that when removing the old sensors to remove any type of debris from around the sensor so it won’t drop into the engine block. Also make sure to dab a bit of oil around the O-Ring to ensure it the replacement sensor will go in without striping. If possible use the old bolt off the old sensor. They seem much sturdier and will fit back without much easier. Product lacked paperwork for instructions/warranty. Which is the only reason It gets a 4 star vote instead of 5 star.

Had a SES light for exhaust cam solenoid and replaced both with these units. There's tons of these things available to buy here on Amazon but went with these for their low cost. They've been working just fine for a couple months now and the SES light has remained off. If I get a couple years out of them I'll be happy but time will tell but so far so good!

The vehicle I had searched for was a 2014 Malibu, this came up as a direct replacement, and would fit. It is not for a 2014 Malibu, not even close, I ended up going to an auto parts chain store and paying a lot more because the vehicle was apart and I wanted the issue fixed.

I did research this project & felt confident I could do it. I googled my vehicle & found videos to walk me through the process. I called repair places & figured it would cost over $250 to pay for repair. I bought a check engine code tester for $100 & $26 for these parts & about 1 hour of my time to fix this problem. So far so good.

I have a Pontiac Solstice and after I got it out of the shop from being repaired for other issues it was running rough like the transmission was going out. I pulled the codes P0700 P0010 did a search and the most common causes for the Poo10 code was this so I checked a few auto parts and they were rather expensive checked Amazon and found both for half the price of one. Time to install about 10 to 15 Minutes.

Work great on 2016 equinox with Vvt error code , check engine light. Easy swap out of old part and error went away on engine startup.

Fit perfect on our 2016 Chevy Equinox. Car was sputtering and even shut off once with an off and on again check engine light. Issue went away now and part fit perfectly.
