I was little vary, when buying this mattress as the price was on a little lower side(which should be a plus point although) but as the product was not available to see in any showroom in Bangalore, it was sort of a try your luck kind of thing for me. But once i got the product and looking at the finish and quality i was convinced i've made a good choice for the money i was paying. Although i was a bit skeptical about the medium soft mattress, i did call up the comforto office to get more details on it. I was using sleepwell euro top mattress which was very soft, so just wanted to enquire if this would be similar to that or not. They were prompt enough in admitting that it would be medium soft and not as soft mattress as a luxury hotel would have. So now from my experience of using both sleepwell euro top and comforto is that, i can use comforto mattress during summer as well as this feels more breathable and feels good for spine as well. When i'm too tired i can always use my eurotop mattress. Reason for going for this purchase was i wanted a king size bed. I'm happy with this purchase as i'm convinced and not being skeptical any more.Its been 3 months since i've purchased this mattress.I will try reviewing again with the update on quality of my mattress on how it is holding on a longer run next year.

Plush mattress cover for smooth and soft feel. : its just a layer of soft form on top side not a cover.4. Warranty: 11 Years (1 Year complete warranty and thereafter, Pro-rated Warranty) : only 1 year complete warranty for rest of 10 year its conditional as you have to pay for some % for amount for repair + shipping like for 2nd year pay 10% and for 10th year pay 90%.5. All mattresses are delivered direct from the manufacturing unit : yes (they will call you before deliver)i ordered 78X72X8 under 15k (during sale+bank offer), after using for 1 month i am satisfied with quality of mattress under this price.

At first i felt it too soft for me as i used to sleep in a near rock hard mattress. But i turned the matress upside down and then all is well. Its kind of medium soft matress which is what exactly i was looking for. I really enjoy sleeping on it. Cons in this mattress are its too heavy for a single person to lift and not feasible to use with the traditional mosquito net as it hardly bends. Overall sleeping experience is very good. My experience might not be same like others. Anyways i am a 5 feet 6 inches slim fit guy weighing 65kg.

Hi. I am writing this review after 10 months of use of this mattress. I am completely satisfied with the product. The quality is superb and better than what seen in picture. The fabric is very high quality and gives a royal feel. It also is dust resistant and does not get dirty easily. Although i am also using a cover for it, which was difficult to find for 12 inch mattress. One thing i want to emphasize that I ordered 10 inch mattress and first thing i did on delivery was to measure the thickness. It came out to be more than 10 inches, and i was happy with it. The mattress is good durability as my kid jumps on it since last 10 months, but it seems it can handle the load very good.The springs are powerful, as i also simetime stand on mettress for cleaning my AC, and there is no prpblem with the mattress. They can just handle tons of load.The size for the king bed is also perfect and there is no diffuculty in mounting/dismounting the mattress.The customer care have contacted me 2 to 3 times past 10 months to get the feedback report for the product.Thus i am writing this review in support for this company, as they not only deliver quality products but also believe in good customer relationships.Best of luck for your business ahead.

It is an Awsome product. The packaging was superb, double packaging. And the mattress is for soft and comfortable while sleeping. I don't feel like to get up at all.... This gives so much comfort to the back. This place will be less to describe the quality of the product. I am very much satisfied with the neat packaging and the Awsome product. Thank you Amazon. Liked the pocket spring mattress a lot. I don't like a very firm mattress. This mattress is just right, as it is a medium firm/soft mattress. Also price wise it is very very reasonable.

I bought this mattress for my daughter, after considering to buy a brand available in local shops. Of course, I had my original concern as I would be buying something that I havent seen or have heard of. My daughter sent the link and I finally bought it. It reached me in excellent condition, that too before time! It was just about taking it out and placing it on the bed. It is extremely comfortable. The coils are well engineered and noiseless. The top side is really soft (my daughter made it softer putting a mattress pad). She "plops into" the bed, as she puts it. It is an excellent coil mattress. We are very satisfied.

Reviewing this after 2mths of usage. I purchased this for my mom and she's quite enjoying the comfort of the mattress (78*60*8inches). The mattress is ideal as it isn't very hard nor very soft. I'm glad I chose this mattress with 8 inches of thickness especially for my mom. Comforto had also messaged me on WhatsApp to confirm the size of the mattress before dispatching the product & provided regular updates on the status of the order. Hats off to Comforto :))
