Great product, burns a bit when first applied but if you persevere with that the results are great. The scaly skin smoothed out within an hour. Also used it on dry skin on my legs with great results. I have nervous eczema round my neck that looks very red and bubbly. The steroid cream leaves my skin very dry and cracked this cream really re moisturised the skin.

I used to use this on my baby’s skin. His eczema was severe. Top of scalp to feet. Flaking so badly serous fluid was leaking from his scalp. The GP prescribed emollients. These contain mineral oils typically paraffin which is a cheap filler..Skin with eczema needs hydration urgently. It will pull fluid from outside skin areas so it appears to “spread” getting redder and more painful.I honestly covered my baby in this in regular intervals. It feeds the skin. Yes it may hurt but it is the skin receiving the product and it actually soaking in. In one week his skin was vastly improved. He is now 22 years old and he came so close to a life of hell with eczema.Try it. Persist with it. Thinly cover the skin several times a day.

I purchased this cream for my daughter's eczema. After reading so many positive reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I have to say that I am deeply disappointed in this product. It hasn't made any difference to her condition and it is frustrating and heartbreaking to watch her being tortured by itchy skin. At £35 for a small jar, I think it is definitely not worth it.

Can produce quite a tingling feeling when first applied, but after initial discomfort works well.

Hello, I have had very bad facial eczema for years (eyes, forehead, neck, chin, ear...) this cream came up during my research as I have tried so many different products... I also found that my eczema flared up before my periods so wasn't hoping for much positive results from this cream ad I have tried so many before... I've been using this cream now for a month, past a cycle without flaring up and my skin feels smooth and hydrated. I apply 2x a day now but at the beginning I have applied more. It does sting if you're skin is damaged as it goes into your deeper layers however, I read that's because the protective layer of our skin is damaged. The stinging sensation goes after a few minutes, bare with it as it will get better after. (unless you're sensitive to one of the ingredients)My skin is now healed and the cream does not sting, in fact it feels beautiful on my skin. My neck is still recovering but the redness has faded and not itching any more.This is my personal experience and I'm looking forward to purchasing my second jar soon. The jar lasts for over a month which is good as this cream is not cheap. It might won't be good for everyone but it looks like it works for me... Thank you.(Just to make it more clear, I have suffered eczema all my life but on my face it only been 3 years, and this is the first time in the past 3 years that my skin on my face feels this good. I have used Avene, aveeno, o'keefee skin repair, epaderm, vaseline, steroid and God only knows what else).

I don’t understand the hype around this product. It’s no better and no worse than most products for eczema, which are much cheaper. Overpriced for what it is.

Having suffered with eczema for around 5 years, i purchased this cream after reading lots of positive reviews and out of desperation to try and tackle my eczema once and for all without the use of steroids.I used this cream for a week (as other posts said to stick with it and you see a difference in a week). My eczema went from bad to awful!I had eczema around my eyes, this cream not only made my eczema spread up my forehead and onto my ears but also made my current eczema increasingly more inflamed causing swelling to the skin surrounding my eyes.I understand this might just be me but for £35, i honestly wouldn't recommend wasting your money.If you do decide to purchase it, please use it with caution.

Bought this for my granddaughter as she's suffers with eczema but could use it after the first application as it made her scream in agony with a burning sensation... Very expensive item...
