*Update*Initial order came with a broken door, but the company contacted me and sent me a replacement for it.It took about an hour to build the medium pen by myself but very simple and clear instructions. It is gorgeous and having used wire pens and crates all my life— I am a convert to Lucidium! It’s wonderful to be able to see my pups, I may get another one or expand my current pen. The quality of the product is something this company stands by and I was impressed with how quickly they resolved my issue.

Concept is great but....
I really wanted to love this product but it is a FULL TIME JOB keeping it clean. Nose and paw prints make this impossible to keep clean and requires cleaning 2-3 times daily .The acrylic is pretty flimsy so if you are trying to separate two dogs, this is NOT the product for you..
