USED ON A CLOSED LOOP REFRIDGERATOR. WORKED GREAT AND WAS ABLE TO MAKE THE NEEDED REPAIRS AND GET MY FRIDGE UP AND GOING AGAIN WITH THIS! HELPED MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO ADD A STOP LEAK FREON. DIDN'T NEED 2 BUT THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.

The valves had some bur I had to clean up with a file. Not sure it was needed but I did it anyway so the fit on the pipe was snug. So far no problems but it works. Just remember the connect does not have a valve. The Allen wrench is used to seal off the connection. When removing hose, just remember to close valve with Allen wrench or you will release all the refrigerant

Easy to use

It’s getting harder to find parts and even people who want to learn how to repair appliances and anything mechanical! But yes great product will always repair till the wheels fall off.

Actual product isn't finished as smoothly as the website shows on the first photo; this must be a 3D rendering.So far the product is holding up. I used it to recharge a refridgerator that was cool, but not cold. Online says when the evaporator isn't completely frosted, it is likely a low refrigerant issue. I cleaned up the copper with a scotch brite pad before clamping this on.This product has a green o-ring for the seal.

Very easy way to connect to copper tubes and simple way to refill gas. Like it.
