It is what it promises. I wish it was bigger though. I have more than 12 medications and there isn't a way to add more or put multiples on a single entry page. Otherwise it is a good product to have with you in an emergency or doctor visit where they need a list of your meds. It has other pages identifying your doctors, pharmacists, contacts, and med schedule which are all useful should you be unable to respond in a medical emergency. It could be life and death if they give you an accidental overdose or contradictory medication if you can't answer what meds you are on. I keep it in my wallet along with my medical alert card and the business cards of my doctors.

Convenience for a friend
I purchased this for a friend. He keeps a list of his meds in his wallet on a piece of paper. I saw this and knew it would be the perfect thing for him. I'm even thinking of getting one for myself. It holds a lot and takes up little space. I know he'll love it!
