No replacement color available for error in packaging
I’m in the process of working this project. Sadly I could not get a replacement package for the wrong color crystal that came with the package. I was promptly offered a refund or replacement but since I had already begun the project this wouldn’t work for me. I’ve ordered another project hoping I get the correct color this time and feeling a bit disgruntled at having to pay for 2 projects in order to complete only one. The project is lovely but the instructions for each color can be tricky to decipher. This is my first try at facet art so hopefully the remainder of the project goes a bit smoother.

Disappointed to not see the mermaid once completed
Once completed, this kit looked awful. While you can see part of the lights in the sky, you can definitely not make out that there is a mermaid sitting on the water below. Did not turn out like I had hoped.

Plenty of supplies and good quality.
I am almost done it’s very pretty. So much black to do that it gets monotonous so I take breaks and do other colors in between. I like how sticky it is and it has a good cover to keep it sticky.
