Me quedo muy pequeño. Y para niños no sirve tampoco. Super incómodo y las esquinas son incomodas y raspa las encías y cachetes.

The product does not fit on the teeth very well if you are an adult. Instead of resting with the flat part being between your teeth, it is one cornered edge that is there and because of that it doesn't stay seated but moves in your mouth. I couldn't wear it more than a couple of minutes before it was out of place. I feared if I tried to sleep with it I would choke.

The description says this mouth guard is for kids or adults. I assumed I have a pretty small mouth and thought this would work for me but the part that is supposed to wrap around or sit over the back teeth is too narrow so it doesn't sit flat. This makes it move around in the mouth a lot and it just isn't comfortable. I think it would be fine for kids or people with really narrow back teeth if there is such a thing.

Product arrived in decent condition in a damaged box. The product description says 3 pieces are included (they were) AND 3 storage cases are included (not true).Two storage boxes are missing. Buyer beware.The bite guards are soft and effective for small female adult mouths. Very comparable to Plackers Grind No More. It would have been nice if they came with the cases listed in the description.

They don't stay in place

I liked these little mouth guards because they are little, cheap and still fit well. If I take them out in my sleep and the dog eats it...I have 2 more lol. I paid hundreds for the professional dentist fit guard, only for my dog to eat it.

great for my kiddo....but definitely not for adults. These are tiny!
