Excellent beginning to a journey in quality improvement
The book presents just what it says on the cover. It covers many aspects of quality improvement in a very succinct form, which makes reading the book a must for all senior staff involved in leadership in an organisation, whether it is HR, CEO or purchasing, many of the principles discussed here will help any organisation to look at and question ways to improve their systems and processes.

it will remain in the stupid file as a reminder
Wow what was I thinking. I should send it back, but again, I wasn't careful, and so, it will remain in the stupid file as a reminder.

A Must for Executives!
This is an excellent book for Executives in all industries. Joe DeFeo has captured the essence of what is improtant for a business leader today. The chaprters are easy reading for airplane trips and spare moments. Chapter 4 regarding Quality Goals and Alignment with the Strategic Plan is particularly interesting, especially when typically 70% of corporate strategic plans are developed but not fully implemented!

Another great Quality related book!
A great read to help managers and executives understand the positive effects that quality improvement can have on their organizations. This is a condensed, shortened version of Juran's 6th edition of the Quality Handbook. What a great read!
