Balance Board 4" - PTSue Fitness

This balance board does not rock very well, even for a senior with balance issues. We are going to have someone sand it down to be a little steeper. It should rock smoothly but it doesn't It's just a piece of board so I wish I had made it myself. The shipping was ridiculously expensive. I would buy the cheaper hard plastic one. Didn't send it back because shipping was so expensive. Don't get fooled by the "senior fitness" hype. It really doesn't work well and may be more dangerous because it doesn't rock well and would require extra effort which may actually get people off balance. Stick with items that Amazon ships and forget other vendors.

Great product. Very sturdy and good for practicing balance. Just keep it out somewhere that is convenient so you remember to use it. Fast shipping. Arrived in good condition.

Got this for my 82-year-old mom to help her keep stay balanced and strengthened. She loves it!

Great product!

Hubby had total knee replacement. Physical therapy was a problem due to my Lupus. We purchased this to help stretch his hamstrings and to regain his balance. Being able to have the equipment at home allowed him to limit his trips to PT but still keep up his exercises. After 6 weeks, his doc said he's doing better than expected. He can even ride his harley again. This balance board is a must have. He will be using it for years to come.
