The MKIII has impeccable build quality, a great clip, and carries like a dream. The twist UI is clumsy and often requires two hands, especially to access burst mode, which has a timed step down. Thermal step down would be much better. The XP-L HI has a nice tint and beam pattern, but it's being under driven in this light. I'm not sure what type of driver is being used but it would seem to be delivering less than 3 amps, the LED should easily break 1000 lumens at 3 ramps. I measured only about 600 on turbo. At the moment, I would recommend the Acebeam TK16 over this light. The TK16 destroys the MKIII in performance at the same or lower price.

The very best beam profile I could have hoped for. Just a great little thrower with perfect useful spill.Puts the beam where I need to see. Magnetic tail is great, almost too strong. UI is positive if a little different than what I am use to. It’s good now.I’ve been carrying the Olight S1R Baton ii since it came out. I only carry the Mini Turbo now. The baton is a very good EDC light, but it just doesn’t get the job done like the Mini Turbo does.

It does pack a bright light into a nice compact light. On the other hand I was very surprised and disappointed for $70 it didn’t include a recharger! It clearly recommends the enclosed rechargeable battery is recommended but then you have to buy the recharger?! So might send it back.

I have carried an earlier model flash from this same company for many years in my shirt pocket. I find as I get older, there are many times when I can use some additional light, for menus, lower supermarket shelves, finding keyholes and such. This new model has more light, but at a much greater cost than my first Mini. I do appreciate the precision and workmanship of the unit. I do wish it was lower in cost.

Love 4sevens lights I wasn’t sure which version of this light to get so I got them both and wouldn’t do it any other way this one has more throw compared to the other one that looks similar to this. This is great all around little bright light with tons of modes!

Flexible usage, easy to transport due to size, amazing throw and brightness for the size - really inconceivable. Great little light. I bought mine with the headlamp and charger - great combo.Head lamp backing could use a bit more padding, but it's not terrible.

This is my second pocket flashlight and it is always in my pocket. It is very bright and I don’t even notice it in my pocket. I have one exception and that is the battery. It’s an odd size and I had to buy a charger for just charger. A small price for the charger and I will order an extra battery or two.

Smooth reflector for throw, but beam is still very nice. Good size. The magnet might annoy some, but it’s removable. I find it handy, though. I use this light on “medium” 95% of the time.
