Deathstroke: Arkham (Deathstroke (2016-))

Really good read! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

The cover does not match the story. the story is basically disjointed and offers a lot less Deathstroke than you're expecting. Unless you intend to read this full run of comics, I would skip this one.

I've consistently enjoyed Priest's run of Deathstroke. This volume does not disappoint. Priest messes with your head, as the supporting characters mess with Slade's head. That's exactly what I hope for when I read a story set in an insane asylum, and Priest does not disappoint. I had to go through it twice to understand all the plot twists. Great story!

Probably my favorite volume from Christopher Priest's run. I think the hero going to prison is played out to much in comics but the writer does a really good job giving a new take on it and making it fun and interesting. Also the art is on point!

I feel like I've been cheated in this whole Rebirth run. Deathstroke was amazing from the first page to the last in the new 52 edition. Although, the rebirth from the very beginning has been confusing and just not the Deathstroke we grew up to love. I'm done with the Rebirth Deathstroke. If you want an awesome read. Get the New 52 Deathstroke Omnibus instead.
