I really couldn't tell if the strips worked or not for a few reasons. I didn't use it long enough to confirm the results. Like any drug or supplement, one would need to take it over timeto determine if it works. So at this point all I can say is when I did take t, some sleep nights werevery good while others were not. Also, (at least for me) I did wake up at times a bit foggy and hadsome pretty interesting dreams.

Not sure if it's all in the mind - but these work for me. Have used for quite some time now - and would rather depend upon these rather than a prescribed sleeping aid (although am NOT opposed to that!). Again - these work just fine.

Sleep Sheets are one of the better natural sleep supplements that I've tried. It's a potent combination of ingredient, which make you drowsy within 10-15 mins, and help sustain sleep. If only it were time-released, that would be ideal.

Little expensive but they seem to work fairly well, don't like taking ambien and these seemed to help me get to sleep, don't keep you in the deep sleep that ambient does but for a natural product will continue to use

These work well for the few nights that I need something. After a really busy day when your brain will not shut off.

These worked great when I first started using them a few years ago. They make me sleepy but don't keep me asleep.

Gave them to the wife and she seemed OK with them. I think they do just what they are supposed to do.

I have taken Ambien and all sorts of other sleep aides due to shift work. This is by far the best without all the other side effects. The only problem I encountered was when my husband took this sleep sheet too close to when he had to wake up. It made him sleepy all day.
