THese arrived in well packed packaging. The items are all there. Instructions are vaque but once its figured out the other side install is quick.Disclaimer; Ive only had these fitted /installed several days and they function as expected.Its now been a couple of weeks and not only do they look good theyre durable.Id purchase again

EDIT: Company reached out and fully replaced the side steps and was very easy! Very satisfied with outcome!Just over 1 year later and already huge rust spot on the passenger side. Very disappointed at the quality of this product. Looked great for a year. Don’t buy it you want Something to last and look nice longer than 12 months….

At first, I laid out the brackets according to the diagrams on the first page, only to find that I had them on the wrong sides. it became obvious when the bracket holes didn't line up with the holes on the running boards. Apart from that faux pas, the installation was a piece of cake and took less than an hour.I'm including a photo of the installed running board next to a ruler to indicate the height from the ground to the board and from the board to the truck step. To me, it's the perfect height.

Product arrived timely after order. The brackets can be a little tricky (I wish the bags were labeled) however its not a big deal to unbolt if you put one in the wrong location. They are sturdy. The boards are slightly smaller and lighter than the factory ones I had. I don't mind because it's less weight. Overall, I recommend. The instructions suggest applying a coat of wax. I hope they hold up for at least 100K miles (which the others did).

First I would like to thank the seller. I received these two days early and was able to install them by myself in less than an hour. They are sturdy and look great. Most Amazon orders recently are four days out from the purchase. For me these came within two days and were shipped via UPS which (for me) is by far better than the Amazon trucks and the postal service. I put these on with no problem. A great feature is the supports are marked PF, PC and PR for passenger and driver front, center and rear. It takes the guess work out of the mounts. Instructions were clear and well written. Thanks again for a quick shipment and the product looks really good on my truck.

The package came bent up and the parts bags were already opened when I received them. No damage but I was missing a bolt. No worris, I will go ahead and install them. Followed the directions to a tee. Arms installed fine, but the step bars did not align with the brackets. a few did but the others were way off. I have concluded that someone "corrected" their mistake by swapping out the bars for anothe error. I tried the bars and brackets in different cofigurations but nothign worked. They were well made and I liked them. Contacted customer service with pictures and stated I returned them to Amazon. After several back and forths, they wanted pictures of my "didnt line up" issues and labels on the box, etc. I didnt have pics about th ehole because I was sol pissed that I received the wrong ones. They only to tell me that I should return them to Amazon. Maybe when you order them, you get the wrong pair if Amazon is just going to keep cycling returns through at new prices.
