excellent quality honey
This is the best honey I've had on Amazon. It is a little better than the YS raw, organic, unfiltered honey. It has a true honey like consistency, rather than a waxy texture like most unfiltered honeys. It has a little flavor, too, so it is really easy to eat with a spoon.It now comes in a short, fat plastic jar, and it did leak a little bit, though it stayed in the containing plastic bag encasing it. They also stuck the label to the jar and the lid which is very inconvenient to open and reuse.That said, it is very good honey. The only reason I didn't give this standout honey five stars is because I found a local desert dark mesquite honey called Happy Bear at my health food store that is unbelievably tasty, and cheap, too. It is probably only available in Arizona, though.Be aware that this honey is one of those honeys with a bad smell. Mine smells like an outhouse. I think you just have to live with it, but it will be a show stopper for some people.
