good product
I ordered this on March 21st and received it on the 25th so I was happy it came early. I way 274 lbs and I can't even get near the top of my pull up bar so I figured the #6 band would do. I put the #6 band on the bar and could only get about 3/4 of the way up. When I put both bands on, I was able to do a full pull up. I like the bands but gave it 4 stars because the chart was a little misleading.

Good for mobility work.
Good bands. I'm using the bands for increasing my mobility for Olympic and powerlifting. The bands are well constructed and work well for a variety of exercises.
