Fast delivery of a healthy looking plant, well packaged
Packaging and plant were in good condition, and plant was exactly as promised in description. It will probably loose leaves over the winter as to be expected. Next year will show the condition though it looks healthy enough to survive the winter.

Looking good!
It is as in the description, looks healthy and I look forward to seeing how it will grow.A bit disappointed about the delivery man who left it outside the door without a message or a note. Even more, he banged the box with his foot before leaving the premises. (I've watched him on the Ring camera😉)

NOT AS DESCRIBED. REALLY DISAPPOINTING
This 'tree' arrived promptly and well packaged. The only other positive is that it was alive.HOWEVER, it was less than half the height described and if the root stock was the correct length i.e. 5 to 10cm above soil level then the 'tree' would only be 30cm tall - I'm really not exaggerating!.ALSO, it had only been grafted very recently and there were no instructions on how to look after this.FINALLY, it was also apparent that it had not been grown in the large pot it arrived in as most of the compost was loose and fell out leaving a small root ball in the bottom of the pot.So disappointing.
