The arm was not sturdy enough to hold up a 30oz cup. As soon as I turned it on the arm that holds the cup started going one direction went 1/4 way around then switched directions. It made a “jump” on each rotation. Didn’t turn smoothly and seemed broken before I ever turned it on. It was not worth the purchase. Mine is on its way back.

I think this is a good cup turner but mine does not have a perfectly smooth rotation. Every other min or so the machines sort of hiccups, almost like it is sticking. It is very slight and so far I don't think it isn't effecting my projects but it was disappointing when I noticed it. I love that it comes with two poles so that I can have my next project lined up.

I make customized cups, and I used purchased this cup turner to use for my business. Unfortunately the tube that holds the cup is far to long and has no support beneath it, so my cup was extremely uneven meaning I wasn’t able to cover it with epoxy or it would run and pool at the bottom of the cup. My turner also made a odd noise and would studder every so many turns. Wouldn’t recommend for cup turning.

The only thing I like about this product is that it was cheap but you get what you pay for I guess my father-in-law had to cut a piece of wood to put under the Turner so that away it was stable and he still not stable and I’ll order two of them and they both were like that so wasn’t just a coincidence they are good enough for now but once I get enough money I’m definitely ordering me a better one I would not recommend this if you have the money to buy a nicer one .

As soon as I put my cup on the the arm slanted down, so I had to prop up one side up. About an hour later the arm fell off, I put it back on and next the adapter came off because the pin holding it together fell out. I spent about 30 min turning the cup myself until my husband got it back together and glued it so i could finish my project so now I am stuck with this machine that my husband glued and that I still have to prop up.

I am very disappointed in this cup turner. It looked like it was made to hold the cup level, but the pipe that holds the cup is not sturdy enough to hold it level. The motor doesn't seem string enough to allow me to apply the epoxy without saying and almost touches the bottom of the Turner.

I ordered two turners and had to return both. Although this cup turner is pleasing to the eye there is no way to service it as all parts are sealed inside the white box. Both turners I received had performance issues with the motor and failed to turn properly when attempting to do 14 and 20 ounce tumblers.
