Very tasty
These are very yummy but take forever to arrive and you don't get very much. The quantity isn't and issue since you use very little. You can eat them right out of the package like a snack. I put them in my miso and tossed some chopped into an omelette. Very nice. They come packages in 2 zip lock bags, which probably helps with shipping costs but I transferred mine to an air tight container with some moisture packs. I live in NC and have high humidity to deal with

Allergic reaction
My husband is not allergic to seafood and has never had an allergic reaction to anything. We ended up in the ER last night when he tried these shrimp. His hands and face swelled up and he was covered in hives. The ingredients say they are just shrimp and salt, but he reacted to something not listed. Be careful!

Not sure if they had gone bad
Not as good as I thought they would be. I grew up eating dried chinese shrimp so I thought these might be like that but I think they may have gone bad in shipping. I ended up throwing them away because they smelled bad and they didn't taste like the dried shrimp I'm used to. I tried them out of the bag and in a noodle dish but neither way made them taste okay.
