Don't believe the hy'pH???
Looking for ways to remian hydrated due to a medical condition. Not entirely convinced as to the claims that have been made about alkaline water but did find one bit of research that suggested that water with a high pH tended to rehydrate more quickly than water around ph7. It also tastes nice.

Alkaline water is much better than filtered water. I am happy to have proper water. Worth buying even though it’s expensive.

Better than I expected ...
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this alkaline water and subconsciously thought hard, chalky taste but I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth taste. The Item could be priced a bit lower for better value though.
