ARGHHHMy skin feels so good after using this but there are some chemicals in this toner - like a ton of chemicals, where you could just buy witch hazel and use a nice moisturizer after to get the same effect. Some of the ingredients seem totally unnecessary to me like the red dye, It does have a nice pink color but completely useless. I don't have fragrance issues either and this does smell divine so this is really a treat for the senses rather than your skin.I love how this makes my skin feel but there is so much fragrance in this it hurts me mentally. Also, I know people have issues with Parabens but there are safe ingredients and are least likely to cause skin issues unlike fragrance. I love to use nice toners. I am especially partial to rose scented toners. Let's take a look at how this toner performed for me..WHAT IS THIS TONER LIKE?This toner is a really handy spray bottle which is not hard to hold or spray. The idea is that you spray your face, neck and chest and let it dry. The idea is that after you let it dry, then you continue with your moisturizer. It smells like roses and is clear.HOW DOES IT PERFORM?I am used to using a toner which you apply and remove with cotton pads, leaving the skin cleansed of impurities or surface dirt (after washing the face). This toner to spray and leave on (according ton instructions) is rather odd. I tried it both ways, however, and I just was not thrilled with the results. The surface is left sticky and that is annoying for me. It eventually soaks in.SCENTThe scent is really nice. It is a nice rose smell.HOW DOES SKIN FEEL?After using this, even after it dries, my skin still feels like it has a film on it. I use a wide variety of toners and all of them leave my skin feeling refreshed and ready for moisturizer, etc. This toner leaves me feeling like I have a film on it even when I wiped off using a cotton pad. I prefer the other toners for this reason.THE BOTTOM LINEAlthough this does moisturize the skin, leaving it on without using a pad to cleanse it off seems to counteract the promise of cleansing. Also, even when wiping off, I feel like there is a film left on the skin which I do not like. It is an okay toner, but not one that I prefer to use.MY RATINGTHREE STARS. It is not awful, but I just am not fond of the feeling of a film on my skin when using this toner. I prefer a more refreshed clean feeling when using a toner. I LOVE the fragrance, however.

In all honesty, I don't really care about what ingredients are in my beauty products as long as they work well. I just don't have the time to read labels on absolutely everything I buy, so I ordered this because I like rose scented products. Like other reviewers I found the spray mist idea a little strange for a toner. I didn't see the point of spraying it on my face and letting it dry, so I simply sprayed it on a cotton round and wiped off my face. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I thought the scent was very pleasant and not overbearing. Overall, I'm not excited enought about the product to buy it again, especially after reading some of the very thorough reviews others posted.

I love using rose water on my skin and love the smell of roses! So, I wanted to try this. It’s basically witch hazel with a rose scent. It’s got way more ingredients than seems necessary and I was surprised to discover it had parabens, which more and more products do not have these days. However, it does smell great - like roses (duh)!Because it smells so lovely I can’t give it two stars and I’m loathe to NOT use it. I do use toner and witch hazel on occasion and will use up the bottle, I’m sure. But after that, I won’t buy it again because. . .parabens. And all the other stuff, whatever it is, which doesn’t seem necessary.

This is essentially rose water in a spray bottle, so rather than using a makeup pad, you can just close your eyes and spritz. Used after washing your face but before serum and moisturizer/sunscreen, this works especially well for men, since make-up pads tend to turn into a disaster when confronting facial hair. The rose scent is fragrant, pleasant, and dissipates as the product dries. Don't worry...you won't smell like a rose for more than a minute or two. The product works as you'd want a toner to work, correcting pH after washing, and setting things up nicely for serum to be properly absorbed.
