My Boston Terrier puppy was frequently getting diarrhea and tears stains. I started out giving this to her three times a day (per manufactures instructions for issues) after that dropped her down to one dose per day. After about a month her diarrhea went away and so did her tear stains. I no longer have to use tear stain remover. I noticed her eye no longer tears like it did and I attribute that to this product. I am now ordering my third container as this has really helped her. Please note, this is not an overnight cure, it took about a month to solver her issues. I recommend this product. The only thing I can say bad about it, is Crittercy has no phone support if you have questions, or at least I could not find a phone number anywhere. Also I tasted it, and it is completely tasteless, orderless, which is a good thing.UPDATE, the last two orders I received expired a year ago and i had to return them, I wont be ordering anymore

--I bought this product to help my pup who has been suffering from UTIs and having to take antibiotics a lot. My first purchase I complained to Amazon because they sent me a jar with a 4 month expiration date down the road (but as it turns out I had to give her more than the normal dose and used it pretty fast). Then I purchased my second jar and looked at the expiration date and thought it had a 2016 date. When I actually opened it I discovered that I misread it and it actually expired the following month. (I guess Amazon didn't like me complaining and this was my punishment?).--This seem like a good product, but apparently they don't sell very much and it just sits around Amazon's warehouses for however long. And Amazon's warehouse people obviously don't bother to remove outdated product. As much as I would like to recommend this product to Amazon customers I can't because I don't know what you are going to receive. Based on my experience, probably something months out of date.

It may help some dogs, but not mine that has IBD. I saw no difference and I used it for months.

Only made my dog sick

This product has really helped my kitty. She had been stressed and sick and on antibiotics for a month so she was throwing up everything she ate and losing weight. I started giving her this mixed with water and by syringe before her meals at first and she started improving so I started putting it in her food once she was able to keep food down. She is now eating normally and not throwing up at all and is gaining weight nearly back to normal. Her coat is smooth and shinning like it was before she got sick.

cats hated it. The spray is much better
