Seaspoon Seaweed Seasonings - Shaker jar + Refill Pouch - Gluten and Dairy Free - Healthy Alternative to Salt

We love the different types of seaweeds with seasonings and herbs added that come in the Captains Collection, we have used in various dishes and even in yorkshire batter, sprinkled on most dishes we cook, it adds a subtle yet delicious flavour. Although I have an underactive thyroid, I still went ahead and bought this, as it has iodine in, but I thought what the heck, I don't go overboard with all of the seasonings, just enough really, I will be buying for my sons as they both enjoy cooking and experimenting with herbs, seasonings etc, so I think they will enjoy the flavours as much as we do. Will buy again when I need to

Bought this as a salt substitute for my other half but he was underwhelmed and said he’d prefer to do without it. He tends to like strong tastes anyway so maybe not right for him but could be ok for people with more discerning palates.

Unless you cover your meal with this seasoning, there is no taste. It's more effective and cheaper to by dried see weed and sprinkle that on.

This cost a lot of money, and the shaker top came off first use disgorging the entire contents into a rice dish I was making. BOTH absolutely wasted.

I love seaspoon it is great on mashed potatoes, baked potatoes and sweet potatoes, paella and more! It just enhances the flavours... but I do miss the single serve sachets for taking it with me
