to much exercises !
some exercises are very stronger for someone who just get out of some accident and have sciatica pain, I skipped most of them, the others are very popular, I can not said is bad but is not a great thing for a 50 years old to do.

Quick Reliable Set of Exercises
I found the Sciatica pain relief book very helpful. The exercises were easy to follow and something that I could easily fit into a morning or evening routine. This is important, because it is the consistency of doing the exercises that makes a difference as well. Moreover, the exercises were effective. Generally I find all Morgan Sutherland's books useful for back related issues.

Good, quick exercises to address sciatica
This book included a lot of easy-to-follow exercises to help deal with and alleviate sciatica, clearly explained and illustrated. Importantly (to me) the exercises are fairly simple - and effective. The fact that they can be done in about 15 minutes a day is a big plus. I'm actually more likely to *do* them!

Some interesting exercises.
Chose this as my sciatica lately has been killing me. I've seen some new exercises which am hoping will help me. Save going to a physio.
