Skin so Soft Original Dry Oil Spray, 300 millilitre, (Pack of 2)

This is an excellent product. Lovely smell and easy to apply because it’s in a spray. This has really improved my dry, fine skin. Runs in easily and repels insects I’m told.

It smells nice, it keeps insect away and it leaves you moisturised, not sure what else can be expected, never had a problem with this product and would recommend for anyone who likes a walk in the summer but doesn't want to be bitten, wants to smell nice, and be soft and smooth to the touch ...

A Brilliant Product. Great fragrance good on the Skin & a Great Insect Repellent.

Both sprays arrived packaged well. We find this particular Skin So Soft fragrance very good for warding off biting and stinging insects. Was first recommended to us in Florida by canoeing company, they have plenty of nasty insects there and we escaped relatively unscathed! It also leaves skin smooth with a soft sheen. Only downside is the pump, for years we've been using this and Avon have never improved it, it's often difficult to use after a while and leaks a bit. Product is good though so you can decant it into something better.

I use this oil to prevent mosquito bites. I find it the best thing. It is great as a skin moisturiser too, not greasy and smells fantastic

Use it to keep flies of my horse , pretty good and smells way better than horse fly sprays !

Bought for our holiday in Egypt. Great mosquito repellent. Neither of us had one bite this time. Makes your skin lovely and soft too.

Ich hatte dieses Pflegemittel für meine Wanderreise nach Schottland dabei, da mir mehrfach empfohlen wurde, dass es gegen Midges helfen soll – und ich kann den Hype nur bestätigen: Es wirkt tatsächlich! Was mich besonders begeistert hat: Im Gegensatz zu vielen Insektenschutzmitteln riecht Avon Skin So Soft richtig angenehm: leicht frisch, fast schon parfümiert, aber nicht aufdringlich. Es fühlt sich beim Auftragen eher wie ein Spritzer Wasser an: Die Haut wird dennoch weich und geschmeidig, ohne zu fetten oder zu kleben. Gerade nach einem langen Tag draußen war das wirklich angenehm nicht noch mehr zu kleben als sonst von dem ganzen Schweiss der Wanderung. Und ja, die Wirkung gegen Midges war spürbar: Während andere um mich herum von den kleinen Biestern regelrecht belagert wurden, hatte ich deutlich mehr Ruhe. Klar, 100 % bleibt man nie verschont, aber der Unterschied war deutlich. Auch bei windstiller, feuchter Luft in den Highlands hat es gut funktioniert. Fazit: Ein echtes Multitalent – pflegt die Haut, riecht gut und hält Midges fern. Für Reisen nach Schottland (oder generell mückenreiche Gegenden) ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Ich werde es definitiv wieder mitnehmen!

Apparently it works against midges in Scotland, that's why I bought it. Hopefully it works against Dutch mozzies as well. The smell is not particularly nice, but better than DEET!
