Top notch quality 🤙🏼
Best there is IMO. I have used and compared this line with many others and this is the clear winner. Ridiculously thin and holds knots well. Also, this line is very strong and handles the docks and oyster beds well as far as abrasion. This is top notch quality 🤙🏼

A really good fluorocarbon line
Strongest for the line diameter size out of the Seaguar floro lineup. It's damn good line and one of the few that you can get away with on line shy tuna.

High quality
Good stuff

Nice, thinner diameter
Line is good to very good the only problem is the outrageous price. This is an update, the line does not seem as strong as the same pound test, in the blue label.

Seaguar is the best line hands down
I use seaguar 8LB as my tippet all year long for euro nymphing and have caught hundreds of fish with no problem. It vanishes in the water, never spooks any trout, knot strength is amazing, super smooth, never coils. And a great value for your money

Not sure if test rating is accurate
Purchased and used this leader in 4, 6, and 8lb test for trout fishing of various sizes in lakes and rivers/streams. It is very supple and knot strength feels solid. I use an Alberto at the leader connection point and a palomar at the hook. At first was constantly breaking off at the hook during hook sets. Loosened my drag quite a bit and now don’t have that problem but do loose some hook setting power and it does pull some drag when I have to set harder than usual. The reason I suspect it’s a little generous with test rating is due to the issue of break offs. I’ve used plenty of other leaders that are rated the same but do not break as easily. Ive tried various knots… uni, loop, San Diego jam (which takes me like an hour) and finally landed on Palomar being the most reliable. I do like gold label due to its suppleness so I’m willing to accept the trade off. I’d just recommend going up to the next test rating. The 6 lb test is still thinner than just about every other 4 lb leader I’ve used anyway.

Thinnest leader I've found
This stuff is a little bit pricey but it's slightly thinner than most fluoro of the same lb test. I use 8lb and 6lb in the dead of winter. I'm talking water that is freezing as you're fishing. I figure I'm doing everything possible to get bites. I've also used 20lb and 25lb (if I remember correctly) and I don't notice a difference between that and regular fluoro off a bulk spool. BTW when I say regular fluoro I'm talking fc sniper, j fluoro, abrazx, and invizx. I don't venture much outside of those 4.
