Piece of art that also serves as a knife.
Nice sharp meat cutting knife that is beautiful as well. Price is steep, but it is a piece of art. Blade of the knife is more of a gunmetal color than black, but I actually like it more because of that. My son calls it the “meat sword”!

What a beautiful piece o’ cutlery...Fit and (black) finish are superb.For Serious Cuts of animal flesh. Useless for mincing onions.If you like big cuts of meat, here ya go. I’ve used it on briskets, pork shoulders, turkey, even filleting whole salmon. Beauty.

Incredible Carving Knife (sword)
This knife is extremely useful for cutting large portions of meat. For full packer briskets, there is nothing better. Extremely well made and very, very, well balanced. You get what you pay for and this knife is no exception.

Fantastic brisket knife!
Unfortunately I had to send this knife back, it had a cracked wooden handle. Really easy to do with Amazon's return policy. Reordered another one.Received my reordered knife, amazing how it slices a brisket and shoulder roasts.
