The item was as described with the exception that they run very small. I ordered a large which wouldn't even go pass my thighs whereas it would normally fit loose. I rated it a 3 taking into consideration that when you're ordering online you don't have the option of trying on your items and realizing that some clothing run small and or large. Luckily I was able to pass it to someone,so it wasn't a total loss.
