This stuff is a GREAT ingredient for making your own chocolate candy or baking recipe. It's not ready-to-eat chocolate. I love that each square is 1 oz. It makes it easy to portion for a recipe.

Not that great for un melted eating
For me, 2 stars because I can't really eat it plain, either it's too thick or just hard. Also, I can't really remember liking the taste that much, compared to pacari's (best I've had), and Ghiradelli's.
