I rated the 3's because I ordered according to my laptop size but had to cut it to size. I am also cautioning that the product does not adhere well to texture cases and I prepped the case with an alcohol wipe prior to the application

Took less then 10 mins to cut and apply to Dell Inspiron 16 Plus laptop. Didn’t use the grid paper, just measured how much I needed to cut from each side and used long metal ruler and a blade. So cute, exactly what I wanted!

This is my 3rd purchase of these notebook skins. This one (and one other) were personalized. The wood pattern and the personalization make this product a favorite. The top of my laptop was getting mildly scratched and I did not want it to continue. I went through 3 plastic laptop covers for my MacBook and they kept breaking off the little tabs. This product solved my issue and is very beautiful doing it. I have been using the skin on the laptop for 3 months with no dry edging issues. The printing/personalization have not faded or rubbed off at all. This product is definitely worth the money and several other people have ordered them based on seeing mine. The mil thickness is excellent.

The personalized font is blurry in a few spots (printer error maybe) but I am happy.

Considering my name is Birdie, this skin was a no-brainer. In the balloon, I put "Hello, It's Birdie!" How cute is that! I did do a slight trim, but it went on rather smoothly. Keep in mind that when you apply the skin, do it the right way so that when your lid is open, the birds are not upside down, meaning, when you shut the lid, the text balloons are closest to you.

The decal sticker that your going to get is ok, when this is all you can afford. The nice thing is if you don't line it up right you can re-apply it over and over and it will still stick.

Durability

This has been on my 8-year-old son's laptop for almost 6 months. It was super easy to cut down to size and stick onto the laptop. It looks great with no signs of wear and no peeling. He loves that it is customized with his name on it.

for the money, too figgin cool. use a blade instead of sizzors.
