Mattel Enchantimals Junglewood Cafe Playset (-2 feet) with Peeki Parrot Doll (6-inch) and 15+ Removable Accessories

We got this set for our 9-year-old daughter who had been wanting a new playset or dollhouse for Christmas. We weren't very familiar with "Enchantimals," but this set looked to be something that she would really like. Turns out, she loves it!There were a lot of reasons to love this playset:1. The instructions were very easy to understand. In fact there was no reading required. Assembly was easy, and for my daughter who loves to build things, I think it may have been half the fun.2. This playset is a really nice size! It's not so huge, bulky, or awkward that you can't move it or can't find a place to put it. It's not so small that you feel awkward playing with it directly on the floor, but not so large you couldn't put it on a table. We had the most fun with it on a coffee table.3. The design of the set itself is great; there is a lot to do and the surface area is used wisely. What is available to do in this set is also fun and satisfying. It comes with a lot of accessories. It's not boring at all.4. This set is really cute! It looks nice and invites you to play. The animal it comes with is adorable, and the doll is gorgeous.5. Good "replay" value, as you can add other sets/dolls/animals. We got one daughter this set, and another daughter an "expansion" so they can play together. Additionally, the size and design of this set will allow dolls and animals from other brands and sets to be used.6. I got a great Black Friday deal on this item ($25.99), so I felt good about trying it out.As you may have noticed in the photo, there was just one problem: the doll's dead broke off. The doll herself is fairly fragile. Her joints move slightly, but they have a very small range of motion. I don't think her head is supposed to move, but that's not how she broke. What happened was, the owner of the doll was trying to get the doll to sit in one of the chairs the set came with. I think she must have been pushing down on the doll's head to get her into a sitting position, and didn't realize the doll's lack of flexibility. Since I consider my 9 y/o daughter to be a particularly gentle child, I imagine this happening to other dolls from this set, especially with younger recipients. Be careful!Thankfully, Amazon handled this problem exceptionally well. Instead of having us disassemble our entire set and do a return just to get a new doll, they gave us a partial refund, which should cover the cost of either a new doll, or some super glue to fix the existing one. Great customer service. Overall, 5 stars.

Absolutely stunning! I love how easy it was to put together and how large it is. Luxury item for affordable price. My little one was super impressed by all the details.

This is really cute , comes with a lot of cute pieces .Grandaughter loves it.

Bigger than expected! Kids loved it. Only downside is alot to assemble so kids were impatiently waiting but besides that great value for the money.

My granddaughter loved this but it was not put in a box and shipped just like this. It was smashed up and torn. The stuff inside was OK but a piss pore job of boxing it up.

It is a Christmas present for my granddaughters , so I really can’t rate it, but it looks cute.

This is a fun playset to go along with the Enchantimals dolls. It was not difficult to put together.
